To: Goch & Sons Towing / Management
Re: Ben King

This note is to commend Mr. Ben King, on his patience and level of professionalism displayed during my emergency road service call. Mr. King was the consummate customer care specialist as he addressed my needs. He was faced with circumstances which were out of my control. The vehicle he came to tow, had been moved twice by the City of Detroit Police Dept. We had to follow maps to and from the second location to retrieve the vehicle. Mr. King waited for us to complete all paper work transactions then followed through like a pro!

I would like to commend your company for having an employee with this type of character and dedication.

Sincerely,
Lori M. (a satisfied customer)

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to inform you that this afternoon I had the need to call for roadside assistance, and Goch and Sons Towing were dispatched. I was completely satisfied on how fast they responded. Even more than the time frame, I was so pleased in Joe Duff’s and Lyn’s professionalism and manners, throughout my stressful ordeal. They were sincerely helpful and kind and made this experience so much more tolerable. I truly appreciated how fast they expedited the tire removal and put my anxiety to rest.

Sincerely,
Vivian K.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to you for the service that you provided to me on June 24.

On the night of the Detroit fireworks, my son took our car to Detroit and parked in one of the parking structures downtown. After, as he was leaving, while still in the parking structure, the ball joint on the driver's side front tire broke and the tire came off.

We called for your service the next morning to pick it up and tow it to Lincoln Park.

The scheduled time was for 11:30 that morning. The run number was # 300.

Your employee, Nick Smith was the person that was dispatched to do the job. I can't say enough for how wonderful he was.

As it turned out we were about 10 minutes late getting there ourselves, but Nick was there patiently waiting for us, and was so kind about having to wait.

The first hurdle he had to deal with was getting the car out of the structure onto the flatbed, as they wouldn't let him take the truck inside. Considering the damage already to the car, he did a great job. I know that took a lot of patience and time to get that accomplished.

The next hurdle was when he got it to Lincoln Park and had to remove it off the flatbed. As he slowly tried to slide the car off, the broken tire would turn sideways and made it almost impossible for him to get it off without doing further damage, as the tie rod was in danger of snapping.

Nick was so patient and caring about this. He took his time to slowly slide the car off and then stop to straighten the tire as best he could and then start again. He did this over and over again. He was the most considerate and thoughtful person that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter.

I can't say enough about Nick. You have a wonderful employee working for you. You should be proud of his performance and that he is part of your team.

I would recommend your company's service to anyone, for the fine job that was done for me. Please thank Nick again for me for a fine job.

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for helping me yesterday when I had a flat tire on the Lodge.

Your driver, Joe Duff, arrived so quickly after I called! He was friendly, very professional, very concerned about my safety – Just all-around wonderful!

Thanks again for being there & helping me out of a jam. We are very lucky to have you in our area.

Sincerely,

To Dave,

Just a note from my husband and I to say “thanks” to you again for taking time from your work, and for all the help you gave us in getting our car loaded to be towed. I took it to be fixed here and the problem was what you expected. He replaced the timing belt, water pump, oil seals and drive belts. He said the timing belt was drenched in oil. He installed a “balance shaft seal retainer” also so it doesn’t happen again.

My husband asked “wonder how Dave is doing?” Hope everything is O.K. We won’t forget you.

Thanks again,

Helene & Phil D.
