My son’s car was towed here after an accident. Finally getting back to it was a nightmare but I get it I guess. It was a Monday morning, they’re closed on the weekend, only 1 person allowed in at a time, and everyone wants their car back. After we were allowed back to the car Carter was amazing! So kind, helpful and patient. He deserves 5 stars on his own!! Great work!Posted on Google

Louis Smerechanski112 days agoI cannot say enough good things about Christopher Attard. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience because of his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Christopher didn’t just show up and hook up the vehicle—he genuinely took the time to troubleshoot the issue and made every effort to get it started before resorting to a tow. He was patient, thorough, and clearly cared about helping me find the best solution rather than simply doing the minimum required. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with this level of respect and concern. His expertise, positive attitude, and dedication were evident throughout the entire experience. If you ever need roadside assistance or towing services, I highly recommend asking for Christopher Attard. He turned a frustrating breakdown into an experience that restored my faith in customer service. Thank you, Christopher, for going the extra mile and for genuinely caring about your customers!+0Posted on Google

Clarence Wilson200 days agoWhat a morning. I had a vechicle towed to the Chevy dealer using my AAA just to find out they didn't work on savage titled cars. So now I need to get the car towed to another shop. So, I called a friend who works here and told him my situation. He gave me the number to the office and told me to ask for Brenda. Now, I already knew I was gonna be in good hands because we are great friends. I asked for Brenda who was very pleasant when she picked up the phone. What I appreciated the most, she was listening and taking notes the whole time. So, you know I was already frustrated having to do this again. Not to mention, I was not at the location with the car. Brenda, said you are all set. I went to ask her do you know where the car is going she replied with the address and the person at the dealship to ask for. Yes, she gathered all of the information from me venting not her asking the questions. Great job Brenda. I know you handle the big accounts but you made my day.Posted on Google

Joseph Sheldon Quick349 days agoI woke up to hitch up to my trailer one morning for work. The trailer had been parked in the same spot for 4 years. Moved on an almost daily basis, and returned to the same spot. My trailer had vanished in the night. It had been towed. Apparently I had been storing it illegally on private property. I had no idea. Gosh and Son's towing was extremely helpful and understanding my predicament. They even helped me with the S.O.S. to re-register my trailer for it had been misfiled years ago. The really eased the headache i woke up to. Im now pressing charges on my neighbor 😤Posted on Google

Mikel Fagan402 days agoI was in a car accident and Goch & Son's Towing sent Daniel out. He arrived in less than 15 minutes in rush hour traffic near Downtown Detroit, which already impressed me. As a combat veteran, I deal with a lot of anxiety in specific situations, but Daniel made the entire process so much easier. He not only towed my car quickly and professionally, but also offered me a ride, gave me recommendations for collision shops, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and kindness turned a rough day into something manageable. If you need a towing service in Detroit, I highly recommend Goch & Son's Towing, Especially if you’re lucky enough to get Daniel. Thanks again guys, I'm definitely saving your number and recommending you to any and everyone I know. 🫡Posted on Google

Mira Xiong674 days agoBest prices by far compared to other companies that I’ve called. I have a semi truck that needed to be towed for repairs. The gentleman that came out to tow was very polite, professional and helpful. I would give his work a five star and the person at dispatch was friendly and helpful as well. I gave them a 4 star because I was told that the driver would reach me in an hour. And I asked them to have him called me when he was on his way. I didn’t receive a call and The driver didn’t reached me until 2 1/2 hours later. I’m sure he was held up or something but I’m sure it was probably beyond his control. I would still use them again in the future Update…. One of my driver was stuck up by Howell area. I called the local towing company and they wanted $1600 to tow my driver back to Romulus area. This company only charged me $725 and they were coming from Detroit. The load that my driver had needed to be delivered immediately they really came through for me.Posted on Google

Tiffany Nicole760 days agotoday i received the best service from a tow service ive ever had. After already dealing with rude mngmt at the Mcdonalds where i had broke down. my car was not mobile at all and they were more concerened that i was broke down in their parking lot than my son and I who were their stranded. Dominick from Goch n Sons showed up in about 10 minutes, he was very friendly ,got us loaded up and on our way quickly. He also went above and beyond taking the extra time to squeeze in my tight driveway to get my car into my yard . something other drivers have refused to do. Top Notch Service and it was very appreciated. just what i needed on an already crappy day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
