I had the most pleasant unexpected experience with my car being towed in a unauthorized area after paying someone to park in the lot at a LCA event on Sunday I was shocked my vehicle was impounded thinking we paid to park and was scammed to my surprise even though the impound was close ROSE answered the phone pleasant and gave me all information needed to go forward I got her later today and to my surprise the service was extremely fast and very pleasant i definitely would recommend using them later on because my unplanned experience made ser such a great set of people thanks Goch & son

It was a Monday morning, they’re closed on the weekend, only 1 person allowed in at a time, and everyone wants their car back. After we were allowed back to the car Carter was amazing! So now I need to get the car towed to another shop. So, I called a friend who works here and told him my situation. He gave me the number to the office and told me to ask for Brenda. Now, I already knew I was gonna be in good hands because we are great friends. I asked for Brenda who was very pleasant when she picked up the phone. What I appreciated the most, she was listening and taking notes the whole time. So, you know I was already frustrated having to do this again. Not to mention, I was not at the location with the car. Brenda, said you are all set. I went to ask her do you know where the car is going she replied with the address and the person at the dealship to ask for. Yes, she gathered all of the information from me venting not her asking the questions. Great job Brenda. I know you handle the big accounts but you made my day.

Moved on an almost daily basis, and returned to the same spot. My trailer had vanished in the night. It had been towed. Apparently I had been storing it illegally on private property. I had no idea. Gosh and Son's towing was extremely helpful and understanding my predicament. They even helped me with the S.O.S. to re-register my trailer for it had been misfiled years ago. He woke up this morning late for a bike run they were going on and it was early.  A couple of minutes ago my doorbell rang and a tow truck was out front,  a gentleman asking me if I knew Dino?  I explained yes it’s my husband. He’s not here blah blah blah.
I cannot say thank you enough Joe, you are an absolutely fantastic man!!! It’s one thing to return a wallet to the police, It’s another thing to come to our home. With everything in it. I truly cannot thank you enough.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best prices by far compared to other companies that I’ve called.  I have a semi truck that needed to be towed for repairs.  The gentleman that came out to tow was very polite, professional and helpful.  I would give his work a five star and the person at dispatch was friendly and helpful as well.

I gave them a 4 star because I was told that the driver would reach me in an hour.  And I asked them to have him called me when he was on his way.  I didn’t receive a call and The driver didn’t reached me until 2 1/2 hours later.  I’m sure he was held up or something but I’m sure it was probably beyond his control.

I would still use them again in the future

Update…. One of my driver was stuck up by Howell area. I called the local towing company and they wanted $1600 to tow my driver back to Romulus area. This company only charged me $725 and they were coming from Detroit. The load that my driver had needed to be delivered immediately they really came through for me.

They couldn’t do it. It was loaded and heavy, but they didn’t know what they were doing. Chris did. He looked like a pro. Got it loaded up and moved like nothing. Wish I called Goch sooner.

After already dealing with rude mngmt at the Mcdonalds where i had broke down. my car was not mobile at all and they were more concerened that i was broke down in their parking lot than my son and I who were their stranded. Dominick from Goch n Sons showed up in about 10 minutes, he was very friendly ,got us loaded up and on our way quickly. He also went above and beyond taking the extra time to  squeeze in my tight driveway to get my car into my yard . something other drivers have refused to do.
