My son’s car was towed here after an accident. Finally getting back to it was a nightmare but I get it I guess. It was a Monday morning, they’re closed on the weekend, only 1 person allowed in at a time, and everyone wants their car back. After we were allowed back to the car Carter was amazing! So kind, helpful and patient. He deserves 5 stars on his own!! Great work!Posted on Google

Louis SmerechanskiJune 21, 2026I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Attard. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience because of his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Christopher didn’t just show up and hook up the vehicle—he genuinely took the time to troubleshoot the issue and made every effort to get it started before resorting to a tow. He was patient, thorough, and clearly cared about helping me find the best solution rather than simply doing the minimum required. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with this level of respect and concern. His expertise, positive attitude, and dedication were evident throughout the entire experience. If you ever need roadside assistance or towing services, I highly recommend asking for Christopher Attard. He turned a frustrating breakdown into an experience that restored my faith in customer service. Thank you, Christopher, for going the extra mile and for genuinely caring about your customers!+0Posted on Google
